A field trip to Milla Dairy Plant was organized for students of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies of Azerbaijan University majoring in Consumer goods expertise and marketing. Azer Huseynov, lecturer of the Mathematics and Computer Science Department, led the students. 

Students participating in the field trip were informed about the “Milla” brand, as well as the students got acquainted with instruction on safety rules. It was noted that the plant began its activity in dairy products market under the brand name “Milla” in 2011. Currently, the enterprise produces products in 9 categories. The plant has a production capacity of 250 tons of dairy products per day. Products manufactured by the plant are sold not only on the domestic market, but also exported to many countries, such as Russia, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Qatar, Georgia, Iraq, and the United Arab Emirates. 

Then the students visually got acquainted with the production of sour cream, yogurt, cheese, katyk, kefir, ice cream, took part in quality examination of average samples of all products manufactured in the quality control laboratories operating at the enterprise.
