Azerbaijan University hosted a round table on "Promotion of human rights in the works by Nizami Ganjavi" dedicated to World Human Rights Day.

Professor Mayis Aliyev "Universal Declaration of Human Rights, human rights in the world and in Azerbaijan", Professor Gorkhmaz Guliyev "Justice and law in Plato", Professor Asif Hajiyev "Eastern Renaissance and Nizami", Associate Professor Ulviya Rahimova "The concept of a country of happynes in Nizami Ganjavi's work", p.ü.fd Aynur Bunyatova spoke on "Nizami Ganjavi's creativity and gender issues", Tunzala Verdiyeva on "Nizami Ganjavi's creativity and human rights".

The event, coorganized by the Department of Social Work and the Department of Azerbaijani Language and Literature, ended with answering students' questions.

The event was organized in accordance with the Order of President Ilham Aliyev on declaring 2021 the "Year of Nizami Ganjavi" in our country and within the "Nizami Ganjavi Year" action plan of the University of Azerbaijan.
