Advisor to the Rector of Azerbaijan University, director of the International Magistrate And Doctorate Center, PhD in History Nushaba Guliyeva made a plenary report at the 3rd International Artemis Congress on Humanities and Social Sciences. The plenary report was devoted to the topic “Policy of Heydar Aliyev in the field of science and education”. It was noted in the report that science and education as a strategic area are always in the spotlight in the Republic of Azerbaijan. After regaining of independence, radical reforms were carried out in this area, which is in unity with the general progress and state policy of Azerbaijan. 

The international event was organized in a hybrid form through zoom platform with support of BZT Academy. The event was attended by researchers from Turkey, Portugal, Northern Macedonia, India and Azerbaijan. 

It should be noted that the BZT Academy, in cooperation with 27 countries, 68 different universities, carries out scientific events and projects at the international level.
