Azerbaijan University announces admissions to Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) doctoral programs for the year 2026. The application and document submission process is conducted electronically via the portal.edu.az and will close on June 9, 2026, at 18:00.

Admissions are available on both state-funded and tuition-fee bases. The tuition fees indicated below apply to citizens of Azerbaijan admitted on a fee-paying basis. The tuition fee for foreign citizens is 3,400 AZN.
