The Center for Social-Psychological Research and Counseling (SPTM) Center at Azerbaijan University organized a seminar for students on the topic of “Protection of mental health, stress management and increasing emotional resilience”. The seminar was conducted by Nigar Eyvazova, clinical psychologist of the “INSUN” Life Center. 

Opening the event with an introductory speech, Director of the Center Aygun Muradli, introduced the guest speaker to participants and highlighted importance of the seminar. 

During the interactive seminar, topics such as current psychological issues and solutions for young people, parent-child relationships, and stress management were covered. Issues concerning students during their studies and exams, challenges they face, and ways to overcome them were also discussed.

At the end, students’ questions on the topic were addressed.
