Haji Soduyev, a second-year master’s student at Azerbaijan University majoring in Youth Work, conducted a research trip to the Karabakh region as part of his dissertation on “The organization of social services for people returning to liberated territories”.

During his visit, Haji Soduyev engaged with the executive authorities of Zangilan, Shusha, Fuzuli, and Lachin districts, as well as various educational institutions, including Fuzuli secondary school № 1 named after Mirza Ulugbey, general education school № 37 and secondary school № 39, Agali Village secondary school, and the city of Khankendi. He examined the organization of social services on-site, conducted surveys, and met with representatives of relevant institutions. 

Haji Sodiyev also visited Karabakh University and held a meeting with its rector, Shahin Bayramov. In an interview-style meeting, the rector highlighted that the University’s mission extends beyond education to contributing to the region's revival. He emphasized the significance of returning to Khankendi with education, underlining the essential role of knowledge and innovation in rebuilding Karabakh. “Building Karabakh University is synonymous with rebuilding Karabakh”, the rector stated.
