The Ministry of Education has activated the reception of appeals through the electronic portal https://e-telebe.edu.az. The electronic portal https://e-telebe.edu.az initially provides electronic registration of students admitted to higher and secondary special education institutions in the current academic year 2020/2021 ,and from October 7 , the state will accept tuition fees for students who are members of socially vulnerable groups in relation to senior students.

In the process of registration of first-year students in educational institutions through the electronic portal https://e-telebe.edu.az ,it is automatically determined whether they are members of families belonging to socially vulnerable groups,and those students are required to study in 2020/2021 . There is no need to re-apply to the information system for the payment of tuition fees for the autumn semester of the year.

Senior students who are paid by the state for the spring semester of 2019/2020 academic year are not required to apply to the https://e-telebe.edu.az electronic portal for the payment of tuition for the autumn semester of the 2020/2021 academic year.
