We want to inform you that, Bachelors enrolled in the Master's program must register electronically from July 8 to July 18, 2024. To do this, you need to create a personal account on the https://portal.edu.az/ platform using the “Registration” button, and after entering the created account select the “Registration of students in higher and secondary specialized educational institutions” option.

- Notarial copy of the diploma and its supplement (for those who completed a bachelor's program in previous years)
- Certificate of Bachelor's degree (for current year graduates)
- Copy of ID card
- Health certificate
- Military ID or military service registration certificate (for boys)
- Documents confirming privileged status

Students who are admitted on a paid basis and have privileged status
- The education fee of those who became disabled during the defense of the territorial integrity, independence, and constitutional structure of the Republic of Azerbaijan, children of those who died for the freedom sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, children of those who went missing in related to the military operation and were declared dead by the decision of the court is paid from the funds of the state budget and the rest is paid from the budget of Azerbaijan University in the amount of educational expenses approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Republic of Azerbaijan No. 120 dated June 25, 2010.
- Starting from the 2023/2024 academic year tuition fees for those who received the title of “War veteran” for participating in military operations for the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan are paid from the funds of the state budget in the amount of educational expenses approved by the decision No.120 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 25, 2010 and the rest is paid from the budget of Azerbaijan University.
- According to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on amending the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Education”, the education fee of the members of the martyr’s family is paid in full from the state budget.
- Tuition of students under 23 who lost both parents, are deprived of parental care or one of their parents died and the other parent is disabled in 1st or 2nd category is paid in full at the expense of the state budget.
- The education fee of those with disabilities of 1st and 2nd categories, as well as children under 18 with limited health capabilities, is paid in full at the expense of the state budget.
