Staff members of Azerbaijan University participated in the “Staff Week” event held within the framework of the XXXVI International Congress “Preparing the Future by Promoting Excellence”, organized by Apollonia University in Iasi, Romania.

The University was represented at the event by Elmira Ismayilova, Head of the International Relations Department, Asif Pashayev, Dean of the Faculty of ICT, and Lala Rashidova, lecturer of the Department of Math and Computer Science.

Representatives of higher education institutions, researchers, and faculty members from various countries participated in the international congress. The event included an exchange of experience among participants, discussions on innovative approaches in higher education, and opportunities for international cooperation.

The delegation of Azerbaijan University made a detailed presentation about the University within the “Staff Week” program. The presentation included comprehensive information about the University’s international relations, scientific activities, and academic programs.

University staff also presented a report on the topic “Psychological Aspects of Using Artificial Intelligence Tools”. The report analyzed in detail the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on the learning process, the psychological adaptation of students and lecturers, as well as ethical and emotional factors in the digital environment.
