Azerbaijan University is fully prepared for the distance learning process during COP. The University is fully equipped to transition to remote learning from November 12 to 22, 2024, as Azerbaijan hosts the prestigious COP29 Climate Change Conference. Classes will be held via the Microsoft Teams platform at the same time as scheduled in the current timetable.

Preparations for conducting online classes have been completed at the university. The Academic Office and Dean's Offices have taken the necessary measures and carried out awareness-raising activities. Detailed instructions, including video tutorials, have been prepared for both faculty members and students and sent to their email addresses. Training sessions were organized, and online learning was tested with pilot groups in a trial mode.

It is worth noting that during the COVID-19 pandemic, Azerbaijan University successfully conducted classes remotely via Microsoft Teams. The university has extensive experience in this area, including the necessary infrastructure and technical resources to ensure effective remote education.
