The Department of Social Work Organization at Azerbaijan University held an interactive, educational event in honor of December 10 – International Human Rights Day”. The event aimed to raise students’ awareness of human rights and encourage civic engagement. Organized by faculty member Aynur Bunyatova, the activity involved second-year master’s students specializing in Youth Work. 

Students participated in a human rights-themed interactive game, answering questions by spinning a specially designed wheel. Participants who answered correctly received various prizes. During the activity, students engaged with intriguing questions and tasks, gaining new insights about human rights while enjoying a lively experience. 

In her closing remarks, Aynur Bunyatova thanked the participants, emphasizing the importance of knowing and protecting one’s rights while respecting the rights of others. 

It should be noted that, by resolution of the UN General Assembly, December 10 has been observed annually as International Human Rights Day since 1950.
