Combating Bad Habits Public Union arranged an educational event for students studying social work at Azerbaijan University. The event provided information on various bad habits and the factors contributing to addiction, emphasizing the importance of awareness campaigns.

The event started with a presentation on Addiction by clinical psychologist Aydan Malikova. The psychologist informed students of addiction, its types, substances causing it, ways to kick a habit, and related issues.

Then, the Chairman of the Union, Zaur Orujov, spoke about the severe consequences of bad habits, drawing attention to the World Health Organization’s statistics.

At the end, the guests answered the students' questions.

Before the event, an exhibition of caricatures depicting the negative impacts of bad habits on humans was demonstrated.
