Saadat Aliyeva, the rector of Azerbaijan University, has been awarded the Certificate of Honor for her active participation in the social and political life of the Nasimi District Organization of the New Azerbaijan Party (YAP). The Certificate of Honor was signed by Azer Suleymanov, the chairman of the Nasimi District Organization of YAP.
