It is planned to hold 2 scientific conferences at Azerbaijan University in the spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year. One of the conferences will be international, and the other will be national.

The purpose of the IX Scientific Conference of Young Researchers, which will be held on March 11, 2026, is to bring together young researchers working at various universities, academies, and research institutes of the country in order to exchange experience and achievements. Young scientists and researchers may submit their dissertations in the fields of economics, humanities and social sciences, as well as ICT to the conference.

The International Conference “The Future of Higher Education: Global Perspectives, Local Impact”, which will be held on May 4-5, 2026, is organized to discuss modern trends, innovative approaches, and the interaction of local realities with global changes regarding the future of higher education. The conference, organized jointly by Azerbaijan University and the State Agency for Science and Higher Education, will provide an opportunity to exchange views on the modernization of higher education systems, digital transformation, internationalization, and skills development in accordance with new labor market requirements, as well as to discuss research results.
