Head of the Department of Political and Social Sciences of Azerbaijan University, PhD in Political Sciences, Assoc. Prof. Elvin Talyshinski made a report at the plenary session of the International Petra Congress on Theology and Islamic Sciences.

Speaking at an international event attended by researchers and scholars from various countries around the world on the topic “Educational, Scientific, and Spiritual Challenges of Islam”, Elvin Talyshinski discussed the essence of science and its significance for societal development, the Islamic perspective on science and education, and the contributions of Muslim scholars to global scientific advancement.

It is worth noting that the event, held in a hybrid format in the Turkish city of Eskishehir, brought together participants from 15 countries, including Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.
