A special issue of the "Ipek Yolu" scientific journal of Azerbaijan University "Karabakh is Azerbaijan" has been prepared. The special edition, edited by rector of the university Saadat Aliyeva, is dedicated to the history of Karabakh, an integral part of Azerbaijan, and the great victory of our victorious army over the Armenian aggressive forces.

The articles in the journal reflect the history of Karabakh from ancient times to the present day, it was proven on the basis of primary sources that this land is the ancient homeland of the Azerbaijani Turks, and that our ancestors lived here for thousands of years. The collection pays special attention to the interpretation of the factors that led to the liberation of Karabakh, the facts reflecting the Armenian vandalism in the occupied territories.
