The Economic Research and Training Center conducted a seminar titled “Career planning and secrets to career success” and an infosession on the “Ready Accountant 5” project at Azerbaijan University. The event was attended by a group of students from the Faculty of Business and Economics specializing in Finance and Accounting. 

Opening the event, Nariman Boyukkishi, head of the Department of Finance and Accounting, provided an overview of the Center and introduced the speakers. 

During the infosession, Radil Fatullayev, head of the Economic Research and Training Center, along with Arif Iskandarov, Business Development Manager, Nail Mikayilov, head of Career Center, and Yusif Asilzada, instructor of Training program for trainers briefed students on the Center’s activities, training programs, courses, international certifications, and the career prospects for young people, including details about the “Ready Accountant 5” project. 

Practical games were held with the participants, and the importance of teamwork skills was highlighted at the event organized in an interactive format.

In conclusion, the speakers addressed participants' questions. Students who actively engaged in the seminar received publications from the Center and discount coupons as a token of appreciation.
