By the decision of the Supreme Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Elmira Ismayilova, Head of the International Relations Department, lecturer at the Department of Political and Social Sciences, and PhD in History, has been awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. At a ceremony held at the Supreme Attestation Commission, our staff member was presented with her Associate Professor diploma.
