Career Development and Alumni Relations Center

The Career Development and Alumni Relations Center is a structural unit that supports the professional development of students, prepares them to meet the demands of the labor market, and ensures the establishment of sustainable connections between alumni and the University. The Center contributes to the career success of students and graduates by working in the areas of career planning, securing internship and employment opportunities, collaborating with employers, and developing the alumni network.

Objectives of the Center:

  • Establishing cooperation with public and private sector organizations, developing university-industry linkages, and conducting business meetings with partner organizations; 
  • Entering into cooperation agreements with employers, organizing internship programs, and expanding practical training opportunities for students;
  • Advising students on career planning starting from their first year, providing individualized career counseling, CV preparing, and assistance with interview preparation;
  • Collecting information regarding job vacancies, internship programs, and other career growth opportunities, and promptly providing it to students and graduates;
  • Organizing career days, job fairs, employer meetings, masterclasses, info tours, and other career-oriented events;
  • Studying the satisfaction levels of students and employers participating in internship programs, analyzing results, and preparing measures for improvement;
  • Organizing the activities of the Alumni Association, as well as forming and expanding the alumni network;
  • Maintaining continuous ties with alumni, involving them in the academic and social life of the University, and monitoring their professional achievements;
  • Evaluating alumni satisfaction, employment rates, and the alignment of educational programs with the labor market, analyzing results, and preparing corresponding proposals.
