Lifelong Learning Support: Education and Training Center

The Lifelong Learning Support: Education and Training Center of Azerbaijan University serves as the primary training structure for the University’s academic and administrative staff as well as students. It is aimed at professional and personal development, educational quality, and the implementation of innovative methodologies, while organizing regular training sessions and events.

The Center also offers seminars, courses, and professional development programs for representatives of other higher education institutions within the framework of effective collaboration, seeking to strengthen the social role of Azerbaijan University and its contribution to continuous education.

Objectives of the Center:

• Organizing regular training sessions and workshops to continuously refine the pedagogical competencies, teaching methodologies, and innovative technology skills of the faculty;
• Executing professional development initiatives in alignment with educational standards, accreditation criteria, and quality management principles, in close cooperation with the University’s Quality Assurance Department;
• Organizing training modules for administrative staff to enhance management, communication, and other essential professional skills;
• Organizing targeted events and training sessions for students’ academic and personal development in areas such as time management, public speaking, startup project development, career planning, leadership, and teamwork.
