For the attention of students!

Tuition fees for students receiving full-time education on a paid basis and who are members of families who belong to socially vulnerable groups of society, for the 2020/2021 academic years of the spring semester (half a year), will be funded from the state budget. In this regard, the Ministry of Education will accept applications from May 19, 2021 using the electronic portal https://e-telebe.edu.az.

Students who received their education for the 2020-2021 academic year of the autumn semester (half a year) at the expense of the state budget do not need to apply for the 2020-2021 academic year of the spring semester (half year) to the electronic portal https://e-telebe.edu.az . Thus, based on the applications of these students for the fall semester (half year) of the 2020/2021 academic year, their status will be automatically checked by an electronic information system, tuition fees for eligible students will be paid to educational institutions and information about this will be sent to students via SMS.

Students who have not applied to the system and have just received this status must submit an application to the electronic portal https://e-telebe.edu.az necessarily. Applications are accepted until June 7th.
