The Student Scientific Society of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies of Azerbaijan University announces the best presentation competition on the topic "Historical-architectural monuments of Karabakh destroyed by Armenians". Our students of all faculties and majors may participate in the competition dedicated to the "Year of Shusha".

Students can send their presentation along with information about themselves (name, surname, patronymic, major, course) to Mahammad.Behbudov@student.au.edu.az until November 10, 2022.

Presentations should be made in PowerPoint and the number of slides should be in the range of 15-20. Each student can participate in the competition with only 1 presentation.

The selection of the presentations will be made by the jury (Asif Pashayev, Rashad Mastaliyev, Nurdan Aghayeva, Amin Samadov, Gunduz Mirzabayli) between November 15-20, and the winners and distinguished ones will be determined.

The awarding ceremony will be held in December. The winners and honorees of the I, II and III places will be awarded with a diploma.

The purpose of the competition is to ensure the investigation of the history of the city of Shusha, the cradle of our national culture, and the historical and architectural monuments destroyed by the Armenians during the occupation.

The competition is organized in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 5, 2022, "Regarding the Declaration of 2022 as the ‘Year of Shusha’ in the Republic of Azerbaijan and in order to ensure the implementation of the action plan of Azerbaijan University to be realized within the ‘Year of Shusha'.
