Erasmus+ Programme

Erasmus+ Programme is the new EU programme for Education, Training, Youth and Sport covering the period 2014-2020. Erasmus+ brings together seven existing EU programmes -namely the Life Long Learning Programme (Erasmus, Comenius, Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, Transversal Programme and Jean Monnet), the Youth in Action Programme, Erasmus Mundus Programme, Tempus, Alfa, Edulink and programmes of cooperation with industrialized countries in the field of higher education- as well as adding a new dimension, Sport. As an integrated programme, Erasmus+ offers more opportunities for cooperation across the Education, Training, Youth, and Sport sectors with simplified funding rules than its predecessors.
