Prof. Ashfaq Ahmad from the University of the Punjab, Pakistan, and Hailey College of Commerce visited Azerbaijan University. Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs Yusif Gasymov and Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies Asif Pashayev represented Azerbaijan University at the meeting.

During the meeting, which focused on collaboration opportunities between Azerbaijan University and the University of the Punjab, both parties provided information about the activities of their respective universities , the specialties taught, international relations, participation in international projects and exchange programs, and scientific activities. They also exchanged views on potential areas for cooperation.
