A lecture on “Proper planning and management of the family budget” was organized at the joint initiative of the Training and Learning Center (TLC) and the Department of Finance and Accounting of Azerbaijan University. The lecture was delivered by Ruslan Atakishiyev, PhD in Economics, Chairman of the Management Board of the Studying of Economic Resources Public Union.

Opening the event, head of the Department of Finance and Accounting, Associate Professor Nariman Boyukkishi introduced the guest to the participants. Then the speaker gave information on such topics as identifying needs, creating a family budget, listing expenses, methods of saving, debt control, and family budget management. At the event, the statistics of family budget expenditures in the country were also shown.

The event was attended by academic staff, administrative and technical staff members, and students of the University.
