Training on “Career Development” was organized by the Human Resources Department and Career Center of Azerbaijan University was held for 4th year students of the Faculty of Business and Economics. The training was conducted by Jamal Sharifov, training manager of The Ritz-Carlton Baku Hotel.

Opening the event, director of the Human Resources Department and Career Center Kamran Rzayev introduced the guest to the participants. He noted that trainings on career will be continuous.

Then Jamal Sharifov made presentations on the structure and design of CV, information content, goals determination; self-presentation, behavior during the job interview, awareness about the enterprise, probable questions; the process of improvement of work activities, career, improvement of knowledge and skills, individual action plan, acquisition of management competencies.

At the end, students' questions were answered.
