A team of students from the Information and Communication Technologies Faculty of Azerbaijan University took part in presentation ceremony of the “Smart Village” startup project at the Research Aerospace Informatics Institute of the National Aerospace Agency under the Ministry of Defense Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan. The prototype prepared by Mahammad Behbudov, Eyvaz Bayramov and Nadir Mammadov, students majoring in Computer Engineering, was presented to the jury at the event. After the presentation, the team members answered the jury's questions. 

The project was developed within the framework of a Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the Research Aerospace Informatics Institute of the National Aerospace Agency under the Ministry of Defense Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan University. Asif Pashayev, Head of the team, Dean of the Information and Communication Technologies Faculty, also attended the presentation ceremony. Asif Pashayev discussed with the director of the Institute, doctor of technical sciences, professor Elchin iskenderzade the prospects of startup project, in particular, possibilities of developing new options in military areas. At the meeting, a decision was made to continue cooperation in this direction.

The final assessment will take place after the presentations of all the projects submitted for the competition have been heard.
