Within the framework of the course “Career Planning,” a meeting was organized for fourth-year students of the Faculty of Business and Economics of Azerbaijan University. At the meeting, Natig Khalilov, Director of the Career and Training Center of Baku Eurasian University, delivered a presentation to the students.

The presentation covered topics such as the concept of a career, identifying a career path, assessing personal potential, and skills for developing a goal-oriented professional development plan. The guest highlighted the challenges students face in the process of career building and provided recommendations in this regard. He noted that choosing the right direction, having realistic expectations, and taking consistent actions play an important role in building a career.

During the interactive meeting students’ questions related to the presentation were answered, and an exchange of views on the topic took place.

It should be noted that the purpose of the “Career Planning” course, taught to final year students, is to develop students’ skills in planning and managing their professional careers.
