Lectures on preparation of scientific papers for 2nd year undergraduates, doctoral students, dissertators and young scientists of Azerbaijan University have been completed. At lectures lasting 3 months, participants listened to topics on theoretical foundations of thesis, problems of research method and methodology, structure of a scientific article and work with relevant magazines in the SCOPUS database, structure of a thesis, submission of articles to international indexing databases, rules for submitting a thesis for discussion and similar topics, and also performed practical work.

It should be noted that the lectures were organized at initiative of the International Center for Master's and Doctoral Studies and with support of the Departments of Social Work, Azerbaijani Language and Literature, Social Sciences, Translation and Philology, Foreign Languages. Purpose of the lectures was to guide young researchers in the process of scientific activity. 

At the ceremony organized on occasion of the lectures completion, participants were awarded the appropriate certificates.
