Ruhangiz Aliyeva, the senior lecturer of the Department of Economics and Management of Azerbaijan University, participated in management training and master classes held within the framework of the “100 years of professionalism” management marathon dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of National Leader Heydar Aliyev. The 2-month marathon was organized by the ASAN Innovative Development Center of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

On the occasion of the completion of the marathon, which was attended by more than 100 business people, a certification ceremony was held and certificates were awarded to participants.

The purpose of the free training and master classes is to inform young entrepreneurs and managers about the flexible, strategic and innovative aspects of a great leader's rich management experience, to support the formation of a strong human resource potential of Azerbaijan with high managerial abilities, which is one of the most important components of his far-sighted policy.
