The article entitled “Russia and Azerbaijan: Aspects of cooperation in the field of education”, authored by Nushaba Guliyeva, PhD in history, advisor to the rector of Azerbaijan University, director of the International Magıstrate and Doctoral Studies Center, was published in the “Revista Conrado” journal indexed in the Web of Science database.

The article analyzes the development of Russian-Azerbaijani relations in the field of education. The multifaceted motivations, incentives and goals that form the basis of Russian-Azerbaijani educational cooperation have also been investigated from various perspectives. The article notes that humanitarian cooperation programs primarily regulate cultural relations between Azerbaijan and Russia, and in general, numerous bilateral agreements and contracts cover almost all areas of humanitarian issues between these countries.
