Azerbaijan University opens admission for re-higher education
Azerbaijan University announces admission of documents for those wishing to get re-higher education for the 2024/2025 academic year. Admission of documents is carried out electronically through the https://portal.edu.az/ - website of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan and will end on August 30, 2024 at 06.00 p.m.
Re-education at Azerbaijan University is organized only in paid Form; on the basis of a contract with a person wishing to re-education or the institutions and organizations where she/he works; in correspondence form (evening or day shift, 6 days a week) on the following specialties:
- Information Technology
- Business Management
- Marketing
- Accounting
- Social Work
- Organization of Tourism Business
Tuition fee is 2000 (AZN) manat per year for citizens of Azerbaijan in all specialties and 3400 (AZN) manats for foreigners. Education is carried out in Azerbaijani and English.
Those wishing to be admitted to these specialties must send these documents to the office@au.edu.az e-mail after submitting the required documents through the https://portal.edu.az/ portal. If the documents meet the relevant requirements, applicants gain the right to obtain re-higher education.
Persons who have received higher education in foreign countries and foreigners can get higher education at the University only after their diplomas are recognized by the Ministry of Science and Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the appropriate manner.
The following documents are required for application:
- Application to the Rector
- A copy of the document (diploma) about the higher education, diploma supplement and academic transcript
- Extract from the employment book (required)
- Reference from the workplace
- 4 pieces of 3x4 photos
- A copy of the ID card
- Health certificate
