Final-year students of Azerbaijan University, specializing in Philology (Azerbaijani Language and Literature) and Philology (English Language and Literature), have begun their internship at the “Ulduz” magazine, published by the Union of Azerbaijani Writers.

On the first day of the internship, a poetic event was held at the Natavan Club of the Union of Azerbaijani Writers with the co-organization of “Ulduz” magazine and the World Union of Young Turkic Writers, with participation from the student interns. Head of the Department of translation and Philology of Azerbaijan University, PhD in Philology Gulnar Rzayeva, senior lecturer of the Department, PhD in Philology Khayala Jafarova, editor-in-chief of “Ulduz” magazine Gulu Agsas, department editor of the magazine Taleh Mansur, Chairman of the World Union of Young Turkic Writers Intigam Yashar and Deputy Chairman Ayshan Rahim also attended the event.

At the event, poets Taleh Mansur, Mstigam Yashar, and Ayshem Rahim recited their poems and answered students' questions about their work and the literary environment of Azerbaijan.

The event continued with discussions.
