Excursions to the Ateshgah Temple and the Gala Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum complex were organized for the students of the students of Tourism guidance and Organization of Tourism work of Azerbaijan University as part of extracurricular activities.The purpose of the excursion is to apply in practice the theoretical knowledge gained during the lesson of students by getting closely acquainted with historical and tourist objects.

The students first got acquainted with the Ateshgah Temple, located in the territory of Surakhani district. The students were in detail informed about the history of this ancient monument. The excursion continued at the Gala Archaeological and Ethnographic Museum Complex. The information provided by the museum guide about the complex caused great interest among the students.

The excursion was organized with the participation of the head of the Department of Finance and Economics, Associate professor Nariman Boyukkishi, teachers of tourism Nizami Huseynov and Farid Ahmadli. During the tour, Ulvi Suleymani, a second-year master's student with extensive experience in the field of tourism, shared his experience and knowledge with students.
