Head of the Department of Political and Social Sciences at Azerbaijan University, PhD in Political Science, Assoc. Prof. Elvin Talyshinski delivered a report at the round table titled “Heydar Aliyev and state youth policy” held at Heydar Aliyev Center in Yasamal district. The report discussed the formation and implementation of youth policy, which is one of the main directions of Azerbaijan's state policy, and the implementation of the “State Program for the education of young people at prestigious higher education institutions of foreign countries for 2022-2026”, and emphasized that the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev always treats young people with great confidence for the sake of transforming our country into a powerful state. 

The event was co-organized by Heydar Aliyev Center of Yasamal district and Yasamal district youth and sports division under Baku City Youth and Sports Department. At the round table, speeches were also given by head of the Yasamal District Youth and Sports Division Ilham Safarov, senior researcher at Heydar Aliyev Center of Yasamal District Arifa Mustafayeva, and deputy chair of the Council of Young Scientists and Specialists at the National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan (ANAS), Shafa Aliyeva.
