Taking into account the intensity of applicants, the Applicant Counseling Center of Azerbaijan University will operate on Saturdays, August 19 and August 26. Applicants who meet the conditions of the competition, including sub-bachelors who will simultaneously choose a specialty with them, can apply to the Center for filling out and confirming an electronic specialty selection application. Established in 2018, the Center operates free of charge at 71 Jeyhun Hajibeyli street, Nasimi district, Baku city, from 10:00 a.m. to 17:00 p.m. at all stages of the student admission campaign for the sixth year.

Specially trained employees of the Center provide applicants with technical support and consulting services on the admission process of students, the procedure for filling out and approving the applicant's “electronic specialty selection application” and solving technical problems that may arise in this case, the conditions of the competition, issues that should be paid attention to when choosing a specialty.

It should be noted that the qualification selection of applicants and sub-bachelors for admission to higher education institutions is carried out electronically through the official website of the State Examination Center on August 16-28. Specialties for which admission to higher educational institutions is carried out, the planned places and the forecast for the admission of students under the state order are published in the 4th issue of Abiturient magazine.
