The following documents shall be attached to the application of the candidates who wish to take part in the competition:

• Personal records;

• Autobiography;

• Copies of the documents of higher eucation and scientific degrees and titles;

• List of scientific and scientific-methodical works;

• Platform of head of department and faculty dean regarding the development of relevant structural section.

The documents should be submitted during 1 (one) month after they are declared. Both professor-teacher staff and other persons can apply to the declared positions.

The application of the candidate who wishes to hold the position of dean or head of department, and the following documents shall be sent to the secretariat of the higher educational institute with the instruction of the rector according to the “Regulations for holding the position of head of department, dean and deputy dean in the higher educational institutions”certified by an order No.5/5 dated November 15, 2017 of the Minister of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
