The Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Azerbaijan University and Kharkov National Radio Electronic University of Ukraine. Submission provides the basis for multilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest among higher education institutions.

The Memorandum envisages the implementation of collaborative projects, creation of double diploma programs, establishment of a common laboratories and a training center, studying students of Azerbaijan University at  Kharkov National Radio Electronic University and other issues.

The Rector of Kharkiv National Radio Electronic University prof. Valeri Semenes, Vice-rector on International Relations Murad Omarov, dean of the Faculty of Computer Engineering Aleksey Lyasenko, Head of the System Engineering Department Igor Grebennik attended the signing ceremony. Dean of the Faculty of Information and Communication Technologies Asif Pashayev represented Azerbaijan University at the ceremony.

The event highlighted that the expansion of international relations, the implementation of double diploma programs at bachelor and master degrees are among the strategic goals of both universities. The profile and priorities of the universities promote the effective cooperation between the sides.
