The tuition fee for one academic year is 1500 AZN.

We would like to inform the candidates that the Cabinet of Ministers has made changes to the “Rules for the establishment of doctoral programs and admission to doctoral programs”. According to the amendment, the admission process for doctoral and dissertation training on the Doctor of Philosophy program will begin with a centralized foreign language exam at the State Examination Center (DIM). Taking into consideration the changes in the admission rules, Azerbaijan University will provide applicants with advisory services on foreign language exams and the content of the questions. Applicants applying for doctoral programs at Azerbaijan University will benefit from those advisory services.
