The next meeting was organized at the level of vice-rectors within the project "Establishment of Rectors Conference in Azerbaijan" (ECAR) in partnership with the University of Azerbaijan. Azerbaijan University was represented at the meeting by Vice-Rector for Scientific Affairs, Professor Yusif Gasimov. The next discussion of the project and the work to be done took place at the event.

The ECAR Erasmus + KA2 project, coordinated by Baku Business University and funded by the European Union, will run for 3 years. The main goal of the project is to develop a national network and cooperation between universities and other partner institutions by establishing a rectors' conference in accordance with national development strategies.
