Senior teachers of the Business and Economics Department Ruhangiz Aliyeva, Ulviyye Shirinova  and university’s PhD student Konul Nuriyeva  made a presentation at the international symposiums and congresses in Turkey.

The II International Strategic and Social Research Symposium (ISASOR - 2018) was held in Ankara. The aim of the symposium was to provide the sharing of the theoretical and practical researches and scientific innovations in social and educational fields. The joint presentation of Ruhangiz Aliyeva and Ulviyye Shirinova was dedicated to the role of regional organizations in Azerbaijani-Turkish relations. Konul Nuriyeva , our PhD student made a report on "Economic Factors Affecting Tourism in Developing Countries: Example of Azerbaijan and Turkey".

The I International Social and Legal Studies Congress was held in Samsun. The aim of the event was to discuss the current issues in social sciences and law and to exchange ideas. Ruhangiz Aliyeva and Ulviyye Shirinova, the senior teachers of  Business and Economics Department presented a report on the topic of "Social and economic consequences of the liberalization of migrant remittances" at the Congress. Konul Nuriyeva's report reflected on the impact of taxes on European tourism.
