The trainings organized by the Department of Foreign Languages to update the content of the lessons and apply approaches in accordance with modern international practice in teaching English are continuing. The next such training is devoted to improving Listening classes. The main goal of the training is to demonstrate new methods and techniques that make Listening classes more efficient and useful, and to develop students' listening skills by applying these techniques and methods in classes. 

In the training conducted by the teacher of the Department Sabahat Hajiyeva, examples of interesting and entertaining tasks intended for different language levels used in Listening classes were demonstrated. After the demonstration, the employees of the Department expressed their views on each example and gave recommendations.  

The next training is intended to be related to Writing classes.
