The Public Health and Reforms Center (PHRC) of the Ministry of Health arranged an educational event for students at Azerbaijan University, dedicated to promoting a healthy lifestyle.

Opening the educational event, the Head of PHRC’s Health Communication Department, Laura Guliyeva, informed of the Center's activity. Then, she made a comprehensive presentation on Promoting Healthy Lifestyle and the Awareness Activity. The guest spoke about the negative impacts of harmful substances such as tobacco, alcoholic beverages, and drugs on the human body and drew attention to the World Health Organization’s statistics on bad habits, emphasizing the importance of awareness campaigns in combating smoking. Laura Guliyeva also informed students on the Healthy Child Internet portal and mobile app, developed by PHRC.

At the end, students received booklets on promoting a healthy lifestyle.
