Polish scientist will deliver a lecture at Azerbaijan University

Katarzyna Mikolajczyk, a lecturer of Crakow University of Economics in Poland will deliver a lecture at Azerbaijan University within the framework of “Erasmus +” exchange program.

The lectures of Polish scientist on “Evolution of banking sector in selected Central and East European countries: “From state to market” və “The impact of post-crisis regulations on foreign banks attitude toward their branches and subsidiaries in host countries” are ensivaged for the undergraduate students on April 24, 25.

MBA students will take part in the lecture on "Foreign Capital in CEE banks: the mode of entry (green-field investments vs. privatisation vs. mergers and acquisitions) and its impact on banks efficiency and stability in the host countries” on April 26.

The schedule of the lectures is given below:

  • April 24,2018 at 3.00 a.m. (Tuesday), Theme: Evolution of banking sector in selected Central and East European countries: from state to market (For undergraduate students)
  • April 25, 2018 at 11.30 a.m. (Wednesday), Theme: The impact of post-crisis regulations on foreign banks attitude toward their branches and subsidiaries in host countries (For undergraduate students)
  • April 26, 2018 at 7.00p.m. (Thursday), Theme: Foreign capital in CEE banks: the mode of entry (green-field investments vs. privatisation vs. mergers and acquisitions) and its impact on banks efficiency and stability in the host countries (For graduate students)
