The training on "Personal development and career development" was organized for the 4th year students of the Faculty of Business and Economics majoring in “International trade and logistics” and “Business management”. Students listened to the next lecture on “Career planning” subject from Ayan Etibar, a PMP certified trainer in project management.

The guest first informed the students in detail about career planning and preparation of a professional development plan and delivered her recommendations. Then the participants were presented with real cases. The students were divided into groups and worked on the cases and discussed them.

In the end, the questions of interest to the students were answered.
