Training on planning and implementation of scientific research works was held at Azerbaijan University with the organization of Training and Education Center. Second year master's degree students of the university participated in the training.

The training was given by the vice-rector for scientific affairs, Doctor of Mathematics Yusif Gasimov and he spoke about scientific activity, the challenges of the modern world and the tasks facing science.

Later, Latifah Agamaliyeva, head of the Science department, made a report on "Rules for preparing theses" and "Technology of successful presentation preparation", Gabil Aliyev, head of the Department of Mathematics and Informatics, presented a report on "Rules for preparing Master's dissertations".

The training ended with answering the questions of the graduate students.
