Students of Azerbaijan University majoring in tourism organization and tourism guidance visited the Gobustan National Historical-Artistic Reserve in accordance with the schedule of extracurricular activities. The purpose of the tour was to get acquainted with the cultural monuments included in the UNESCO World Heritage List from Azerbaijan.

Students practiced the theoretical knowledge gained during the semester and made interesting presentations about Gobustan Reserve during the tour.

The tour was organized by teachers of tourism Nizami Huseynov, Farid Ahmadli and Gahraman Yusupov under the leadership of the head of the department of finance and economics, associate professor Nariman Boyukkishi. Ulvi Suleymani and Nurlan Gurbanzadeh, master's students majoring in tourism economics, also took part in the excursion and shared their work experience with the students.
