Azerbaijan University will accept bachelors for 2 new specialties for the 2021/2022 academic year. Taking into account the requirements and priorities of the business world, the university's admission plan includes specialties of information security for the 1st specialty group and state and public relations specialties for the 3rd specialty group.

The digital world provides endless opportunities for hackers and cyberterrorists to target individuals, government agencies and large companies. The actualization of cybersecurity increases the importance of the specialty of information security. Students majoring in this specialty are taught how to protect computer operating systems and computer networks, prevent cyber attacks, and protect people's information and privacy.

The specialty of state and public relations serves to train a new generation of public servants. The purpose of the specialty curriculum is to provide students with knowledge and skills such as public policy, implementation of projects and programs, analysis of public and public sector issues, accurate assessment of information on public issues, leadership and public speaking.

Admission to the University of Azerbaijan is carried out by the State Examination Center. Admission to all specialties at the bachelor's level is possible on the basis of the State Order (at the expense of the state budget).
