A contract on cooperation was signed between Azerbaijan University and РИНЦ, science citation index of the Russian Federation. According to the contract, “İpək Yolu” (“Silk Way”) scientific journal of the university is placed on the base site of РИНЦ  https://elibrary.ru. This base is considered to be the main science citation index of Russia and cooperates with the “Clarivate Analytics” agency of Thomson Reuters.

In the near future all numbers of “İpək Yolu” journal will be placed and indexed in this database.

It should be noted that “İpək Yolu” journal published since 1997 has also been accepted for indexing by the following international databases: Academic Keys (USA), ResearchBib - Academic Resource Index (Japan), Scientific Indexing Services - SIS (USA), Directory of Research Journals Indexing (India), Advanced Science Index - ASI (Germany), Root Indexing - Journal Abstracting and Indexing Service (India), COSMOS Impact Factor (Germany), Eurasian Scientific Journal Index - ESJI (Russia), Science Library Index (Australia), JI Factor (USA).

The journal is included in the list of periodicals recommended for publishing the main results of the dissertations of the HAC in Azerbaijan Republic.
