Ibrahimkhalil Ibrahimov, senior teacher of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has trained the students of the School of Business and Economics of Azerbaijan University.

The event was opened by Ali Hasanov, the dean of the School of Business and Economics, and he presented the guest and subject to the students.

The lecture entitled "Municipal Administration" covered issues such as the history, activity, structure and form of government of municipalities.

It was noted that although 2,700 municipalities were formed in the first municipal elections held in December 12, 1999, 1607 municipalities are functioning thanks to the unification of small municipalities in terms of territorial and population numbers.

The guest also clarified the expressions of the municipality and the municipal servant and explained the differences between them.
